Harmony Homes for Healing (HH4H) is delighted to share truly exciting news for the Yolo County community! We are thrilled to announce the opening of two new homes within just two months, significantly expanding our capacity to provide supportive housing for women, mothers, and their babies in the region. Our first all-women’s Yolo home is now officially open in West Sacramento, and by the end of this month, we will open a second dedicated home for mothers and babies in Woodland.
This expansion marks a significant milestone in our commitment to serving the Yolo community, offering more individuals the safe and nurturing environment they need to heal and thrive.
The new West Sacramento home is a spacious 7-bed facility designed to provide a comforting and secure space for women seeking healing and stability. Following closely, our Woodland home, a dedicated 6-bed facility, will be opening its doors to mothers and their babies. Both homes are equipped to offer the supportive environment essential for residents to build new foundations.
We are actively accepting new residents into these homes. If you have questions about our programs, the new facilities in West Sacramento or Woodland, or know someone who could benefit from a referral, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
This remarkable growth would not have been possible without the incredible support and collaboration of our partners within the Yolo community. Harmony Homes for Healing has had the distinct honor and privilege of working with amazing organizations that share our vision for expanding access to vital housing resources.
